New Hampshire has 48 mountains in it that are 4000 feet or taller. There's a tradition among some hikers of hiking all 48. My friend MichaelJ, on the right, was finishing his 48 on Mt. Moosilauke today. About 40 of his closest hiking friends eventually joined him on the summit!
